As part of our value added service offerings, we have been continuously extending our reach and accessibility to all parts of the world. Effective 1st June 2003, DHL Express has introduced a Remote Area Fee for more efficient delivery to, or picking up from, remote areas. With DHL's vast network and infrastructure, please note that only less than 2% of shipments carried by DHL are delivered to remote areas and affected by this new fee.

The charge will be USD15 per shipment or (whichever is higher) sent from SriLanka to remote areas and/or for shipments imported into SriLank from remote areas. Shipments to or from remote areas within Malaysia will not be subject to this charge. To view the list of remote areas, please click here
